We offer pick up and drop off services using professional drivers to most locations in Japan. We can transport from one to over forty passengers with our fleet of vans and buses. Furthermore, we offer the only alternative for transporting pets in this area. Call us today for rates, reservations, and other restrictions.
About Us
Force Support Vehicle Operations provides a variety of great transportation options to get you where you want to go in Japan. We offer transportation solutions to the airport, sightseeing destinations, skiing/snowboarding, fishing, or going to the beach. Whatever your pleasure is in mainland Japan, we have the transportation resources to get you there.
This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis and backup shuttles are not provided. This shuttle is operated daily except Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Narita Airport Shuttles
Traveling to and from Narita International Airport is made easy with daily Narita Shuttles. We run three shuttles to and from the airport 363 days a year! On Christmas and New Year’s Day we run a limited shuttle schedule to Narita and back to Yokota AB. Please call our office for further details. Leisure Travel Discounts to Narita
Leisure Travel--Adult $25
Leisure Travel--Child 0-12 years $15 (Children under 36 months who don't occupy a seat do not require a ticket)
We require a copy of your leave orders or leisure travel itinerary and your DoD identification when purchasing leisure travel tickets. Leisure tickets may only be used by Japanese SOFA sponsored ID card holders.
Leisure Travel Tickets
SOFA DoD ID Cardholders may purchase leisure travel tickets for themselves and their dependents before going on vacation. Tickets can be purchased in person at Bldg 1290, Mon-Fri, 0600-1700 excluding Holidays. Your DoD identification must be presented prior to purchasing leisure tickets. Club Members who purchase their tickets at our office will receive a 10% discount on their ticket purchases by showing their Club Card. Filing out the Leisure Ticket Request Form prior to visiting our office will save you time in completing your purchase. Simply fill it out, print it and bring it to our office with your itinerary or leave form to expedite your purchase. Click on Shuttle Bus Schedules for ticket pricing information.
Guest Policy for Narita Shuttles
Do you have relatives or friends traveling to Japan to visit? You can sponsor them on the shuttle from Narita when your schedule is hectic and you can’t personally pick them up at the airport. Simply fill out the Certificate of Sponsorship bring it along with your ID Card to our office during regular office hours Mon-Fri, 0600-1700, excluding Holidays, at least one business day prior to your guest’s arrival date. We will transport your guests to Yokota’s Fussa Gate where you can meet them at the Visitor’s Center. For FPCON reasons and to minimize delays for other passengers, our shuttle buses can not wait for passengers to obtain visitor passes. Please make alternate arrangements for transportation from the gate.
U-Drive Van & Truck Rentals
The daily rental fee is $70 for an 8 passenger van and $60 for a 1 ton truck. The seven day rental is $420/van and $360/truck.
A $70 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, during office hours Mon-Fri, 0600-1700, excluding Holidays. Reservations fill up fast during peak holidays and summer vacations so be sure to book your trip as soon as possible. To be eligible to rent a vehicle from us, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid 4EJ driver’s license. The U-Drive Rental Information explains the rates and reservation/rental hours.
Chauffeured Vehicle Services
Force Support Vehicle Operations has a transportation solution where you can kick back and leave the driving to us. We have a fleet of vehicle options to transport from one to 40 passengers to various locations on mainland Japan. Our professional drivers will pick you up at your desired location and take you right to the front door of your destination. You can chill while we drive you to Narita or Haneda Airports. Do you want to take a group to the mountains to ski and snowboard? We can get you there. Do you have a pet that you need transport to/from the airport? This transportation service is the only on-base option to transport your pets.
Chauffeured Transportation Request Form Reservations are accepted during normal duty hours M-F 0600-1700,excluding Holidays. A valid Visa or MasterCard is required to secure the reservation. This chauffeured service books up fast so be sure to book your trip as soon as possible. Please call us for availablity and pricing.
Car Wash
Vehicle Operations has the only coin-operated car wash on base. The automatic brush car wash is conveniently located on the west side of the base across the street from the BX garage.
The car wash accepts ¥100, ¥500 coins and ¥1000 bills. The cost is ¥300 for a regular wash and ¥500 for a wash and wax. Operating hours are 1 April through 31 October from 6am to 5:30pm and 1 November to 31 March from 7am to 5pm.
